One party for the whole park
Park developers and operators prefer one contractor that handles the park's infrastructure from drawing to management over five parties waiting for each other. That is exactly what we offer, right up to the garden around the chalet.
Sewer and water
Foul water sewer with manholes and a connection per plot, water main with meter pits. In the same trench as the rest.
Gas and power
Propane network or gas connection, power cables, section cabinets and a meter cupboard per plot, plus site lighting.
Fibre per chalet
Own fibre network on the park with a connection per chalet, plot or lodge. Ready for any provider.
Wifi on the park
Full-coverage wifi network for guests and management, based on the fibre infrastructure. Centrally managed.
Smart sub-meters
Read and bill electricity and water consumption per chalet remotely. No more meter readings on the park.
Landscaping per chalet
Paving, planting, lawn and fencing around the chalet, delivered together with the connections. So the chalet is immediately ready for the buyer or tenant.
Building along with the development of the park
New parks are built in phases. We build the main infrastructure so that subsequent phases can connect without rework, and we work together with the civil contractor doing the earthworks.
- Design of the main structure for the whole park, construction per phase
- Coordination with earthworks contractor, utilities and chalet supplier
- Handover per chalet, including a working connection
- After handover: management of fibre, coax, gas, water, power and sewer, fault service and extension for new phases

For German parks and resorts we work through Sparkwire Netzbau GmbH in Aachen. Since February 2026 new buildings in Germany must be delivered fibre-ready. We arrange the infrastructure so the park complies.
