Fibre and underground infrastructure, from survey to handover
We install fibre in low-rise and high-rise buildings, and the complete underground infrastructure for parks and sites: sewer, water, gas, power, lighting and fibre in one trench. Our own engineering, permanent crews and handover per address.

Fibre: from survey to working connection
Home connections in low-rise and high-rise buildings, as a permanent subcontractor for main contractors and directly for network owners.
Home connections, low-rise
Home connections from the street up to and including the fibre modem in the meter cupboard. Garden drilling, entry, installation of the termination unit (FTU) and activation.
Home connections, high-rise and walk-up
Apartment buildings, walk-ups and duplex homes. Survey, coordination with the owners' association and residents, vertical and horizontal cabling, installation per home and ODF handover.
Survey
Survey of low-rise and high-rise buildings in preparation for construction. Worked out in survey reports and drawings the client can use directly for engineering and planning.
Installation of access and distribution points
Installation of access points and distribution points, including splicing and measuring. Delivered neatly with a measurement report.
Blowing and splicing
Our own blowing crews and splicers for blowing in fibre cables and splicing and measuring connections, in the street and in the building.
Relocations
Relocations and modifications of existing networks for construction projects, road works and extensions. From utility locate request to handover.
This is how we approach a project
Every assignment goes through the same steps, whether it concerns a hundred homes or a complete contract area.
Intake and survey
We go through scope, schedule and rates and survey the addresses.
Work preparation
Our own work planners arrange utility locates, permits, materials and resident communication.
Execution
Permanent crews per area, managed by our site managers. Daily production per address.
Handover
Digital handover per address with photos and measurement report, in the client's format.
Experience on the major Dutch networks
We know the specifications, handover formats and systems of the network owners we work for. That prevents rework and speeds up invoicing to the main contractor.
Underground infrastructure: everything that has to go into the ground
Our roots are in fibre, but on a new site more has to go into the ground than just a duct. That is why we take on the whole package and coordinate the disciplines, so the trench only has to be opened once.
Sewerage
Foul water sewer with manholes and connection pipes per plot, including gradient, camera inspection and as-built documentation. Where needed with pumping stations and pressure mains.
Water
Main pipe, feeds and water meter pits per plot or per group of plots. Sized for peak demand, with attention to firefighting water.
Gas and propane
Propane network with tank installation and gas cabinets, or connection to the public gas grid. Calculation of diameters and pressure loss included.
Power and lighting
Main cables, section cabinets and meter cupboards per plot, plus site lighting. From transformer capacity to home connection.
Fibre and coax
Ducts, microducts and distribution cabinets in the same trench, so every plot is immediately ready for internet and television.
Earthworks and trenches
Combined trenches, drilling, ducts under roads and backfilling and reinstating pavements. Trial trenches to expose existing cables and pipes.
Calculate first, then dig
A site with hundreds of connections needs a proper design before the first trench is opened. We do the engineering ourselves, so the infrastructure fits today's number of connections and tomorrow's extensions.
- Capacity calculations for sewer, water, gas and power based on the number of connections and simultaneous demand
- Routes, trench build-up and cover depths worked out on the site drawing
- Coordination with the grid operator, utilities, municipality and the site's civil contractor
- Interfaces between disciplines mapped: crossings, sub-areas, cabinets and pits
- Utility locate requests and working to the CROW 500 guideline near existing cables and pipes
Inventory
Site, drawing, number of connections and the client's phasing.
Design and estimate
Engineering per discipline, bill of materials and a price per connection.
Execution
Construction per phase, with permanent site managers and civil partners. Extra work only after quotation and approval.
Handover and management
As-built drawings per discipline. Then management and fault service if the client wants it.
Chalet and holiday parks: infrastructure, management and gardens
For parks we build the complete infrastructure per plot, including wifi and smart sub-meters, and then manage the whole park. We also take care of the gardens around the chalets. References: Beach Resorts Noorderduyn and Camping De Heimolen.
More about holiday parks
One contractor, one point of contact
The client gets one price per connection and one schedule. Behind that we arrange the engineering, the materials, the construction and the coordination with all parties on site.
- Price per plot or connection, with a clear list of what is and is not included
- Construction in phases that follow the sales or handover of the site
- Ground conditions checked beforehand with trial trenches, so surprises in clay or groundwater do not end up in the construction phase
- Materials purchased centrally, construction by our own site managers and permanent civil partners
- VCA** certified, working to the client's safety rules
