We design, build and manage infrastructure
Since 2017 Van Uden Infra has worked for park developers, network owners and main contractors throughout the Netherlands. The complete underground infrastructure for parks and sites: sewer, water, gas, power, lighting and fibre, with our own engineering up front. Fibre connections in low-rise and high-rise buildings. And after handover we stay: we manage networks and parks, with a fault service available day and night.
Four services, one point of contact
Engineering, infrastructure, management and projects are all under one roof. Whoever has a network or park built by us can also leave its management with us. That saves handovers, discussions and lead time.
Engineering
Design and calculation of the infrastructure before the first trench is opened: capacity calculations for sewer, water, gas and power, routes and trench build-up, bills of materials and as-built drawings. Also as a stand-alone assignment, without the construction.

VU Beheer handles late connections, faults, takeovers, changes and relocations on existing networks. We manage fibre networks throughout the Netherlands, reachable 24 hours a day, with our own work preparation and planning.

Working for main contractors and network owners
We work as a permanent subcontractor for large telecom infrastructure contractors and directly for network owners, municipalities and park developers.
Also active in Germany through Sparkwire Netzbau
For fibre projects in Germany we work through our sister company Sparkwire Netzbau GmbH in Aachen. It works as a subcontractor for Cablex and Circet, with Deutsche Telekom and Glasfaser+ as end clients. The same way of working, the same people at the wheel.
