Landscaping and tendered works
Alongside fibre and underground infrastructure we carry out projects that follow on directly: the gardens around chalets on parks, and civil works that municipalities and institutions put out to tender.
Two kinds of projects
Landscaping around chalets
Paving, planting, lawn and fencing around the chalet, delivered together with the connections. The park developer or operator gets a chalet per plot that is immediately ready for the buyer or tenant. We plan the gardens into the park's phasing, so the ground is only opened once.
Tendered works
Trial trenches, earthworks, sewerage, pavements and site layout according to the specification, for municipalities, grid operators and institutions. We bid on framework agreements and individual contracts and carry out the work with permanent crews, in line with utility locate rules and the CROW 500 guideline.
This is how we work on a project
- Fixed price per plot or unit prices per specification item, with a clear list of what is and is not included
- Schedule aligned with the park's sales or the deadlines in the specification
- Our own work preparation: utility locates, permits, materials and coordination with the client
- Execution by permanent crews, VCA** certified, with daily recording of production
- Handover per plot or per specification item, with photos and as-built documentation
VU Projecten B.V.
We carry out these projects through VU Projecten B.V., part of Van Uden Group. The same people and the same way of working as for fibre and underground infrastructure, with its own contract form for landscaping and tenders.

On parks such as Beach Resorts Noorderduyn and Camping De Heimolen we build the infrastructure per plot. The garden around the chalet is the last step before the buyer or tenant gets the keys. Keeping infrastructure and garden in one hand gets the park ready for sale sooner.
